Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Overview

EasyPhones (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by MIM BIZ WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED, is committed to delivering high-quality certified refurbished smartphones through its online platform. All devices undergo a structured refurbishment process, which may include inspection, repair, testing, and replacement of certain components as required to ensure proper functionality.

1.2 Warranty Period

We provide a limited warranty of six (6) months from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) to the original end-user customer (“Customer”) who purchases a refurbished phone directly from EasyPhones.

1.3 Warranty Commitment

During the Warranty Period, EasyPhones will, at its discretion and in accordance with this policy:


  • Repair the device, or

  • Replace the device with a refurbished unit of the same or similar model and specifications, subject to availability.

2. Scope of Warranty

2.1 What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers functional or manufacturing defects arising under normal usage conditions during the Warranty Period.

2.2 Refurbishment & Parts Clarification

As part of the refurbishment process:


  • Certain components may be replaced with original, OEM-equivalent, or high-quality compatible parts

  • All replaced parts are professionally tested and quality checked

  • Replacement of parts is a standard refurbishment practice and does not imply misrepresentation

3. Warranty Claim Requirements

3.1 Inspection on Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the device immediately upon receipt.

3.2 Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any claim related to physical condition, transit damage, or missing components, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:


  • Sealed outer packaging

  • Shipping label

  • Opening of the package

  • Device condition immediately after opening

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

3.3 Reporting Timeline


  • Transit damage or physical condition issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Battery health–related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

4.1 Physical & External Damage


  • Accidental drops, impact damage, or pressure damage

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Fire, flood, or other natural events

  • Bent, twisted, cracked frames or housings

4.2 Cosmetic Wear


  • Scratches, dents, discoloration, or signs of normal wear and tear consistent with refurbished products

4.3 Display & Screen


  • Screen or display damage resulting from physical impact or pressure

  • Display issues arising after delivery without evidence of manufacturing defect

(All screens are tested prior to dispatch to ensure proper functioning at the time of sale.)

4.4 Battery


  • Battery health deterioration due to usage patterns, charging habits, charger quality, software updates, or environmental factors

  • Battery performance changes after the initial verification period

4.5 Software & Configuration


  • Software issues not related to the refurbishment process

  • Jailbroken devices

  • Devices where software or data has been transferred from international units

  • Issues arising from customer-initiated software updates beyond EasyPhones’ control

4.6 Unauthorized Actions


  • Tampering with internal hardware

  • Attempted self-repair or third-party repairs

  • Further damage unrelated to the original repair

4.7 Data


  • Loss of data during repair or replacement

    (Customers are strongly advised to back up data before submitting a device for service.)

5. Warranty Service Process

5.1 Initiating a Claim

Customers must contact EasyPhones customer support through official communication channels to initiate a warranty claim.

5.2 Evaluation

All claims are evaluated by the EasyPhones technical team to verify eligibility under this policy.

5.3 Resolution

If a claim is approved, EasyPhones will:


  • Repair the device, or

  • Replace it with an equivalent refurbished device

If replacement stock is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed and the device will be dispatched once available.

6. Shipping for Warranty Claims

6.1 Return Shipping

Customers may be required to ship the device to EasyPhones as per instructions shared by customer support.

6.2 Packaging Responsibility

Customers are responsible for secure packaging during transit. EasyPhones is not liable for damage caused by improper return packaging.

7. Transferability

7.1. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

7.2. The warranty is void if the device is sold or transferred to a third party after purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:


  • EasyPhones’ liability is limited to repair or replacement of the device

  • EasyPhones shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the product

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

10. Amendments

EasyPhones reserves the right to amend or update this warranty policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official platform.
