Warranty Coverage:

We proudly stand behind the products we sell and are pleased to offer a warranty that guarantees the performance and reliability of the refurbished phones.

1.2. We warrant to the end-user customers ("customers") who purchase refurbished phones through our online platform that the products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

1.3. During the Warranty Period, we undertake to repair or replace any refurbished phone that fails to meet the standards of quality and performance outlined in this warranty policy.


Warranty Claims and Coverage:

2.1. We highly encourage our valued customers to inspect their purchased refurbished phones upon receipt and notify us promptly of any issues or defects during the Warranty Period. To ensure the validity of the warranty claim, customers must adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.

2.2. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. However, it does not apply to damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. Customers are advised to handle the refurbished phones with care and to follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper usage.

2.3. Furthermore, damages resulting from liquid contact, fire, flood, or other external causes are not covered under this warranty. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and normal wear and tear, which are natural signs of use, are also excluded from the coverage.


Warranty Service:

3.1. In the event of a valid warranty claim, we urge our customers to contact our dedicated customer support team through our online platform to initiate the warranty service process. Our team will be available to guide the customers through the required steps and provide prompt assistance.

3.2. Upon receipt of the warranty claim, our team will thoroughly evaluate the case to determine its validity. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to verify the claim and decide on the appropriate course of action.

3.3. In case the refurbished phone is deemed to be covered under this warranty policy, we will undertake one of the following actions:

  1. a) Repair the defective product using genuine and original components, ensuring that it meets the required quality standards.
  2. b) Replace the defective product with a refurbished product of the same model and similar specifications, subject to product availability in our inventory.

Return and Replacement Policy:

4.1. For warranty claims, customers will be required to return the defective product to EasyPhones at their own expense. Our team will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product safely and securely.

4.2. Upon receiving the defective product, we will promptly assess the claim and proceed with the appropriate resolution as per Section 3.3 above.

4.3. In cases where a replacement is deemed necessary, we will ship the replacement product to the customer at our expense. However, this is subject to the availability of the same or similar product in our inventory. In case of Non availability, the customer will be communicated about the same, and the device will be shipped to the customer as soon as it becomes available. 


Exclusions and Limitations:

5.1. While we strive to deliver a seamless experience and ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers, we must clarify certain exclusions and limitations under this warranty policy.

5.2. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, EasyPhones shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the refurbished phone, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. We encourage customers to take proper precautions and use the refurbished phones responsibly.

5.3. This warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original customer who purchased the refurbished phone from our online platform. It is strictly limited to the terms and conditions specified herein.

5.4. This warranty will be terminated in case the customer chooses to sell the phone to a third-party post purchase. 


Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

6.1. This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. By purchasing a refurbished phone from EasyPhones, customers agree to abide by the laws and regulations of India related to this warranty policy.

6.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
