The EasyPhones warranty
Every device sold by EasyPhones comes with a 6‑month warranty, covering any defects in materials or workmanship-including issues with the camera, microphone, speakers, connectivity, or other hardware malfunctions .In the event of a valid malfunction within this period, EasyPhones will either repair the device using genuine parts or replace it with a refurbished unit of the same model, subject to stock availability EasyPhones. Please note this warranty does not cover physical damage, water exposure, cosmetic wear, unauthorized modifications, battery degradation, or data loss . For returns and replacements, customers must request within 7 days of delivery and follow the company’s instructions for secure packaging and inspection . To safeguard your privacy, please erase all personal data before handing over the device-EasyPhones is not responsible for any loss or mishandling of data once the device is received.

General Information
1.1. This policy is issued by MIM BIZ WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), bearing GSTIN 08AARCM1836E1ZB, with its registered office at 01, Opposite Bypass Chouraha, Bhuwana, Udaipur, Rajasthan, 313001.
1.2. The Company is committed to delivering high-quality refurbished phones and providing excellent customer service. This Replacement Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the rights and obligations of both the Company and its customers in relation to replacements.
Policy for Prepaid Orders
2.1 Deductions for Prepaid Orders
For customer-initiated cancellation or return of prepaid orders, and only where the refund is approved as per Clause 12.2 (Refund Eligibility), the following deductions shall apply based on the payment method used at the time of purchase:
Credit / Debit Cards: 6% of the total order value
UPI Transactions: 4% of the total order value
Net Banking: 4% of the total order value
Digital Wallets: 6% of the total order value
Snapmint Transactions: 7% of the total order value, applicable only in cases of unavoidable customer-initiated cancellation
These deductions represent payment gateway, processing, and administrative charges.
2.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option are not subject to any payment gateway deductions.
However, any advance amount paid for COD orders shall be governed by the Company’s Cancellation and Refund Policy.
2.3 Processing of Refunds
All applicable deductions shall be applied prior to refund processing, and the net refundable amount shall be credited back to the original mode of payment within the applicable timelines, subject to inspection and approval as per the Company’s Return and Refund Policy.
Repair and Replacement Clause
3.1. If a repair and replacement is not possible, the Company may explore alternative solutions at its sole discretion.
Policy Amendments
4.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion. Any changes shall be communicated via the Company’s official channels.
4.2. Customer Agreement: By placing a prepaid order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
Eligibility for Replacement
5. Replacement & Advance Payment Policy
5.1 Replacement Eligibility (7-Day Window)
Customers may request a replacement within seven (7) days of product delivery, subject to the product being within the applicable warranty period and meeting the conditions outlined below.
A. Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel is mandatory for all replacement requests.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed outer package
The opening of the parcel
The product condition immediately after opening
The IMEI/serial number of the device
Replacement requests raised without a valid unboxing video shall not be eligible for consideration.
B. Valid Grounds for Replacement
Replacement requests will be considered only in the following cases, subject to verification by the Company or its authorised representative:
Damaged or Defective Product
The product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery and inspection.
Product Mismatch
The product received significantly differs from the description displayed on the Company’s platform at the time of purchase.
Technical or Functional Faults
The product has technical or functional issues that materially impair its intended use under normal conditions.
Approved replacements shall be processed within 7–10 business days, subject to stock availability.
5.2 Advance Payment for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Any advance amount paid for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is non-refundable.
An exception shall apply only if the Company cancels the order due to stock unavailability, in which case the advance amount will be refunded.
Exclusions and Clarifications
6.1. This policy does not cover replacements for the following:
Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, negligence, or any action that contravenes the Company’s usage instructions.
Products returned without prior authorization or outside the 7-day replacement window.
6.2. Exclusions also apply to:
Damages resulting from external events, including but not limited to accidents, fire, flood, or natural disasters.
Cosmetic damage due to regular wear and tear.
Shipping and Handling
7. Return Shipping, Packaging & Insurance
7.1 Compliance with Instructions
Customers must strictly comply with the return and replacement instructions provided by the Company’s customer support team at the time of initiating a replacement or warranty claim.
7.2 Secure Packaging Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for securely packaging the product to prevent any damage during return transit. This includes adequate cushioning, proper sealing, and use of appropriate outer packaging.
7.3 Damage During Return Transit
The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred during the return shipping process if such damage is caused by inadequate or improper packaging by the customer.
7.4 Insurance Claims & Packing Video Requirement
In cases where an insurance claim is raised for damage during return transit, the customer must provide a clear and uninterrupted packing video showing:
The condition of the device prior to packing
The packing process in full
The sealed package before handover to the courier
If the customer is unable to provide a valid packing video, the Company shall not be held liable for transit damage and any related insurance claim may be rejected.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Amendments and Modifications
9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at its sole discretion to reflect changes in business practices or applicable laws.
9.2. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to remain informed about its current terms and conditions.

12.1 Cancellation Policy
Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
No exchange requests for change in model, color, storage, or any other specifications shall be entertained after dispatch.
12.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds shall be entertained only in the following cases, subject to verification by the Company:
Product Mismatch:
A refund shall be applicable only if the product received is different from the ordered product and such change was not informed to the customer in advance via call, email, or any other registered communication channel.
Functional Defect:
The product has a verified functional defect that cannot be resolved through repair or replacement as per Company policy.
Unavailability of Replacement:
Replacement is unavailable or cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Partial Payments
Refunds are not provided for partial payments.
All partial or advance payments made toward an order shall be non-refundable, except where a full refund is expressly approved under Clause 12.2.
