Warranty Policy

EasyPhones ("we," "us," or "our") is dedicated to providing our esteemed customers with the highest quality refurbished phones through our user-friendly online platform. We proudly stand behind the products we sell and are pleased to offer a warranty that guarantees the performance and reliability of the refurbished phones.

We warrant to the end-user customers ("customers") who purchase refurbished phones through our online platform that the products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

During the Warranty Period, we undertake to repair or replace any refurbished phone that fails to meet the standards of quality and performance outlined in this warranty policy.

Warranty Service

In the event of a valid warranty claim, we urge our customers to contact our dedicated customer support team through online form to initiate the warranty service process. Our team will guide the customers through the required steps and provide prompt assistance.

Upon receipt of the warranty claim, we will thoroughly evaluate the case to determine its validity. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to verify the claim and decide on the appropriate course of action.

In case the refurbished phone is deemed to be covered under this warranty policy, we will undertake one of the following actions:

  1. Repair the defective product using genuine and original components, ensuring that it meets the required quality standards.
  2. Replace the defective product with a refurbished product of the same model and similar specifications, subject to product availability in our inventory.

Warranty Claims and Coverage

We highly encourage our valued customers to inspect their purchased refurbished phones upon receipt and notify us promptly of any issues or defects during the Warranty Period.

Customers are advised to handle the devices with care and follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper usage.

Exclusions and Limitations

While we strive to deliver a seamless experience and ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers, we must clarify certain exclusions and and limitations under this warranty policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, EasyPhones shall not be liable for:

  1. Any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the refurbished phone, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. We encourage customers to take proper precautions and use the devices responsibly.
  2. This warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original customer who purchased the refurbished phone from our online platform. It is strictly limited to the terms and conditions specified herein.
  3. This warranty will be terminated in case the customer chooses to sell the phone to a third-party post purchase.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. However, it does not apply to:

  1. Damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  2. Damages resulting from liquid contact, fire, flood, or other external causes are not covered under this warranty.
  3. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and normal wear and tear, which are natural signs of use.
  4. Use of batteries, charger and / or accessories not approved by the manufacturer, incorrect electrical leads or connection.
  5. Loss or defect due to any experiments or tests and/or alterations resulting to any abnormal conditions of the Device.

3. We will diagnose and repair your device, ensuring that all the issues are resolved

4. We will deliver the repaired device back to you as soon as quality checks are completed

We will keep you informed through out the process and ensure that communication standards are met as per the expectations.
